About us

We are a specialized recruiting agency for construction, skilled trades, and transport and support our client in finding reliable truck drivers from home and abroad. You apply with us, but receive a regular German employment contract directly with the company. We support you fairly and transparently throughout the entire process—from the first conversation to starting the job.

Your tasks

- Driving a tractor unit with refrigerated semi-trailer or walking floor trailer in long-distance national transport within Germany.

- Transport of temperature-controlled goods (e.g. food, flowers) as well as partially palletized goods.

- Assisting with loading and unloading of goods where required.

- Compliance with driving and rest periods as well as legal regulations.

- Inspection of vehicle and load (load securing, visual checks).

- Coordination with dispatch and, if necessary, customers by phone (German or English).

What we offer

Work in the classic long-haul transport sector — but with clear systems and a modern fleet:

- Work on a fixed schedule: 2/1 or 2/2, chosen by the driver.

- Transport of goods requiring refrigerated transport (e.g. food, flowers) as well as partly palletized goods, domestic transport within Germany.

- Travel to and from Cottbus is organized by the company; alternatively, travel with your own car to Twistringen (parking available).

- Vehicles: tractor unit with refrigerated trailer or walking floor trailer, fleet of DAF, Mercedes and MAN, fully equipped, max. 3 years old.

- Accommodation: in the truck during tours, plus social and sanitary facilities at the company site.

Compensation with a German employment contract:

- System 2/1: €2,225 gross + per diems €14/€28 net per day + €4.50 double per diems per working day + surcharges for night and Sunday work.

- System 2/2: €1,700 gross + per diems €14/€28 net per day + €4.50 double per diems per working day + surcharges for night and Sunday work.

- Estimated net earnings in tax class 1: approx. €2,250 net in system 2/1 or approx. €1,850 net in system 2/2 for a fully worked month.

- Per diems and surcharges are settled in the following month.

- After 6 months’ probation: fuel card worth €44 per month.

Nothing is sugar-coated here: it is a classic long-haul truck driver job with a lot of time in the truck — but with clear systems, modern technology and solid pay.

Requirements

• Class CE driving license.

- Valid code 95 (professional driver qualification).

- At least 2 years of professional experience as a C+E driver.

- Experience with refrigerated trailers is mandatory.

- German or English language skills at a communicative level (simple phone communication must be possible).

- Willingness to work on a 2/1 or 2/2 schedule and sleep overnight in the truck.

- Willingness to travel regularly to Twistringen near Bremen (or from Cottbus).
