About us

For an owner-managed freight forwarding company from Duisburg with over 12 years of experience
We are looking for reliable CE drivers with experience in regional freight transport.
It is a deliberately manageable, well-established operation –
Here you are not just another anonymous driver among hundreds, but part of a team.
Permanent teams. Well-known industrial and commercial customers are supplied.
Duisburg and Cologne area. Team and dispatchers are Russian-speaking.
You will be understood from day one.

Your tasks

- Goods transported: Raw materials and building materials, steel transports as well as partial and full loads for raw material and building material suppliers.
- Shift model: 12-hour shifts alternating day/night (2 drivers share one vehicle – one day, one night).
- Driving model: Local transport, regular customers and tours in the Duisburg/Cologne area.
- Day trips, no multi-day trips.
- Documentation: CMR and delivery receipts, clean processing.

What we offer

- Remuneration: Minimum wage (€13.90/hour, as of 2026) + double expenses (tax-free meal allowance)
- Permanent, full-time position

- We handle local official procedures – registration,
Bank account, SIM card, authorities, work permit (if applicable), and your first day of work.
- Russian-speaking staff and dedicated contact persons.
- Structured onboarding: Experienced colleagues will show you all the tours and customers during the first week.

Requirements

- Valid EU driving licence class CE with code 95 + driver card, issued in an EU member state (e.g. Poland, Slovenia).
- EU and non-EU citizens
- Professional experience as a truck driver.
- Language: Russian or English sufficient (German is an advantage, but not a requirement).
- Reliability, punctuality, careful handling of vehicle and documents.
- Willingness to relocate to Germany (we will organize accommodation).
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with fixed routes/customers during the first week.
