About us

Do you have professional experience in soldering or cable assembly and would you like to continue your career in Germany?
KEYS Personal connects skilled workers with industrial companies in Germany. We support you throughout the process and help make your start in Germany as easy and organised as possible.
For this position, we are specifically looking for candidates with professional industrial soldering experience, not only private or hobby experience. This was identified as one of the priority profiles during the onboarding process.

Your tasks

- Professional soldering work
- Crimping contacts and cables
- Manufacturing cables and cable harnesses according to specifications
- Cutting and processing individual wires
- Carrying out assembly work
- Working according to technical drawings and wiring diagrams

What we offer

- Up to €20.00 gross per hour, depending on your qualifications and professional experience
- 37–40 working hours per week
- Day shift
- Tax-free allowances may be possible depending on the assignment
- Accommodation for your first two months in Germany organised by KEYS

Requirements

- At least 1 year of professional soldering experience within the last 3 years
- Confident handling of soldering and cable assembly tasks
- Experience with crimping, cables and/or cable harnesses
- Ability to work according to technical instructions and drawings
- German language skills at least at A2/B1 level
- Valid EU work permit
