About us

We are an established German manufacturing company based in Prüm, Germany, specializing in sheet-metal fabrication and welded assemblies.

Due to the expansion of our production and the introduction of a three-shift system, we are currently looking for around 15 skilled workers, with additional positions potentially available.

We are especially interested in experienced international professionals who want to build a long-term career in Germany.

Your tasks

Depending on your experience, you may also work with:

Welding and assembly according to technical drawings
Steel and stainless-steel components
Grinding, deburring and finishing
Press brakes and sheet-metal bending
Laser cutting and punching machines
Quality control and self-inspection
Independent production order processing
Machine operation, cleaning and basic maintenance

What we offer

SALARY
- €46,000–€65,000 Gross Base Salary
- Your salary depends on your professional experience and practical skills.
Plus:
- Shift allowances
- Overtime pay

BENEFITS

- The initial contract is for one year, with the goal of transitioning to permanent employment.

WORKING HOURS
- You will work in a three-shift system:
- Night → Late → Early shift
- The production system includes regular night shifts starting on Sunday.

Requirements

- Professional experience in welding, sheet-metal fabrication or a comparable field
- Experience working from technical drawings
- Good practical understanding of industrial production
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Experience with press brakes, laser cutting or punching is an advantage
- A vocational qualification is welcome, but practical experience and proven skills are what matter most
- Good German communication skills are strongly preferred
