About us

We are looking for reliable parcel delivery drivers (m/f/d) with a Category B driving licence for parcel deliveries in the Potsdam area near Berlin.

Your tasks

Your working day starts at 9:00 a.m. at the Hermes depot.

At the beginning of your shift, you receive a roll cage with the parcels assigned to your delivery route. You load the parcels into your delivery van and organize them according to your route so that you can work efficiently throughout the day.

Once your van is ready, you start your delivery route at around 10:00 a.m.

- You deliver approximately 150 parcels per day
- You have a fixed delivery area, so you quickly become familiar with your route
- Your average working time is approximately 7–8 hours per day
- The job is active, but not physically demanding – the parcels are generally easy to handle
- Once you have completed all deliveries, your working day is finished
- You can drive your delivery van directly home and do not need to return to the depot

What we offer

Your Earning Potential
- Your income is based on the number of parcels you successfully deliver. The more days you work, the higher your monthly net income can be.
- €0.75 net per successfully delivered parcel
- With approximately 150 parcels per day
- You can earn around €110–€130 net per working day
- Your salary is paid on the 15th of the following month.

Typical monthly earning potential:
- 20 working days → approx. €2,250 net
- 24 working days → approx. €2,680 net
- 26 working days → up to approx. €3,000 net

Accommodation
- costs €500 per month
- Sophie-Charlotten-Str. 117d, 14059 Berlin

Fuel card provided
- All fuel required for work-related driving is covered by the company through a fuel card.

This means you can earn up to approximately €3,900 net per month after deductions, while accommodation and a dedicated delivery van are already organized for you.
