About us

We distribute a recruiting software (SaaS) to companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
As a growing B2B company in the HR tech sector, we work with clear processes, direct communication, and professional sales.

Our software helps companies fill open positions efficiently and manage recruiting in a structured way.
No call center environment, no corporate politics – but a focused setup with realistic targets and a transparent commission model.


Your tasks

-Cold calling in a B2B environment by phone (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
-Initial contact with managing directors, HR managers, and recruiting decision-makers
-Identifying needs and qualifying interest in our software
-Arranging qualified appointments and entering them directly into the sales team’s calendar
-Maintaining and documenting conversations in the CRM system
-Structured workday: approx. 6 hours of calling, 1 hour of follow-up
-Target: at least 5 qualified appointments per week


What we offer

-Fixed salary plus 15% commission per closed deal
-Recurring commission (lifetime): as long as the customer remains active, you continue to earn
-Attractive upside for larger deals
-35-hour work week (7 hours daily, Monday–Friday)
-Remote work after onboarding
-2 weeks of paid onsite onboarding
-Provision of qualified leads and contact data (no own lead research required)
-Full work equipment provided (laptop, headset, technology)

-Direct communication and a professional working environment


Requirements

-Experience in sales, ideally in cold calling / outbound
-Confident and professional presence on the phone
-Very good German language skills (at least C1)
-Structured and reliable way of working
-Self-discipline in a remote setup
-Understanding of B2B communication is an advantage
