About us

We are looking, starting as soon as possible, to support our care team at the DRK care home Banteln: qualified nurses for permanent night shifts, nursing assistants or nursing aides, and a support staff member. If you enjoy working with older people and like being part of a dedicated team, you are exactly right with us.

Your tasks

- Care and individual support of residents;
- Implementation of established concepts and required care standards;
- Implementation of the care process including documentation;
- Flexible work assignments in the residential areas

What we offer

- Compensation:
- K1 (unskilled worker without experience) = €2,870.00 gross – €3,200.00 gross
- K2 (certified nursing professionals who have not yet obtained recognition) = €2,932.00 gross – €3,200.00 gross
- K3 (trained nursing assistants) = €3,216.00 gross – €3,550.00 gross
- Allowances: weekend, holiday and shift allowances, as well as Christmas bonus

- Provision of a paid accommodation for the first 6 months
- A dedicated contact person to support your integration

Requirements

- Completed training as a nursing assistant or a comparable activity;
- Proficiency in the German language (spoken and written);
- Good knowledge and experience in elderly care;
- Identification with the principles of the Red Cross;
- Independent and responsible working;
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility;
- Empathy in dealing with older people;
- Willingness to pursue further training independently
