Your tasks

- As the main point of contact on site, you support, advise, and coach the employees in the workshop in their day-to-day work. You help ensure that tasks are clearly organized and that the team can work efficiently.
- This is not purely a supervisory role. You actively participate in the daily workshop work and use your technical expertise to support the team whenever needed.
- You prepare customer quotations, organize and coordinate the required work, and help ensure that orders are completed professionally, efficiently, and on time.
- Together with the team, you make sure that work is carried out according to professional standards and that agreed deadlines are met.
- You actively contribute to the training of young employees and apprentices. You explain work processes, share your practical experience, provide guidance, and help them develop into confident and motivated professionals.

What we offer

- Salary: €3,750 to €3,900 gross per month, depending on qualifications, professional experience, and location. Your salary is paid reliably at the end of each month.

Requirements

- You have a recognized qualification as a **Master Automotive Technician / Master Motor Vehicle Technician**.
- You work independently and reliably and are comfortable working both with customers and as part of a team.
- You hold a valid Category B driving licence.
- Language skills: German at **B1 level or higher.
