Craftra GmbH is a specialized staffing agency from Cologne. We support truck drivers with an EU passport in finding a permanent and fair job in Germany — with a German employment contract, regular working hours, and transparent conditions.

Your tasks

- Driving a tractor-trailer in national long-distance transport (within Germany), with a focus on steel transportation

- Safe loading and unloading as well as load securing in accordance with regulations

- Care of the vehicle and reporting of damage / maintenance needs

- Compliance with all legal regulations (driving and rest times, occupational safety)

- Punctual and reliable execution of trips according to the route plan / dispatching

What we offer

- Permanent full-time position with an established steel transport company in Neuss (NRW)

- Monthly base salary as a truck driver of approx. €3,200.00 gross

- 27 vacation days per year

- Vacation pay of €350.00 gross (paid in May)

- Tax-free expenses of €14.00 or €28.00 per day (depending on assignment / absence)

- After 6 months of service:

- “Givve” card: €50.00 per month tax-free (benefit in kind)

- Company pension plan with a 15% employer contribution

- Option for Jobrad / company bicycle (bike leasing)

- Legally compliant working hours in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006 on driving and rest times

- Support with onboarding and starting in Germany through Craftra

Requirements

- Valid Class CE driver’s license including code 95 (Code 95)

- Ideally professional experience as a truck driver in long-distance transport

- EU citizenship (EU passport) or existing permanent work permit in the EU

- Willingness to work in national long-distance transport (being on the road during the week, overnight stays in the truck)

- Basic knowledge of German or English, so that simple phone calls with dispatch / employer are possible

- Reliable, independent, and responsible work ethic
