Your tasks

-Customer service and consulting to strengthen long-term relationships
-Management of customer accounts, including complaint and receivables management
-Market analysis and strategic expansion of the country network
-Collaboration with sales and project management to develop innovative solutions

OR

-Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the CEE-South region
-Provide support, advice, and service to existing customers
-Prepare, negotiate, and track quotations and contracts
-Manage customer orders and monitor load carrier flows
-Create reports, statistics, and performance analyses
-Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
-Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives

Requirements

-Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
-At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
-Fluent Hungarian (mandatory)
-Business-fluent English; Polish or German is an advantage
-Strong customer and service orientation with a proactive mindset
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
