Your tasks

Depending on your qualifications, you will take on the following tasks:

As an HVAC installer:
- Installation and connection of sanitary systems and central heating systems
- Connection of water and wastewater systems
- Maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems and ventilation systems

As an electrician / electronics technician:
- Electrical work in building and industrial installations
- Assembly and wiring of control cabinets
- Service work in the industrial sector
- Expansion and digitization of railway infrastructure

As a welder (MIG/MAG/TIG):
- Welding of structures in vehicle construction and steel construction (bridges, cranes, rail vehicles)
- Execution of locksmith work
- Quality assurance through visual and measurement inspections
- Work according to technical drawings

Work locations: Magdeburg, Kassel, Osnabrück, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich

What we offer

- Salary: 17.00 – 25.00 EUR gross/hour (depending on qualifications and trade)
→ Welder: from 18.00 EUR, after 15 months up to 30.89 EUR gross/hour possible
- 300 EUR starting bonus (paid in the 2nd month of employment)
- Daily allowance up to 60 EUR/workday (when traveling with your own car)
- Overtime bonus +25%
- Christmas and holiday bonus up to 850 EUR
- Referral bonus up to 700 EUR
- Work clothing, protective equipment, and professional tools are provided (Würth)

- Support with carpools
- Health insurance and tax office registration are organized

Requirements

- Completed training in the relevant field or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in your trade
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
- German language skills at least A2 (B1 or better preferred)
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments throughout Germany
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, and independent working style
- Driver’s license class B an advantage (for HVAC and electrical)
