Your tasks

- Assembly: Assembling complex subassemblies and structural components for aircraft (e.g., fuselages, wings) according to technical documentation.
- Structural Construction / Sheet Metal Working: You are an expert in sheet metal working, performing adjustment tasks and preparing components.
- Joining Techniques: Applying common aviation joining methods, especially riveting (solid, blind, interference-fit rivets), screwing, and bonding.
- Quality Control: Independent inspection and measurement of manufactured parts in accordance with strict quality standards (EN/AS 9100).
- Documentation: Meticulous logging of all work steps and inspection results.

Requirements

- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Builder (m/w/d) or professional experience as an Aircraft Mechanic / Sheet Metal Worker.
- Several years of professional experience in structural assembly, confident blueprint reading, and knowledge of aviation standards.
- German language skills (minimum B1 level) or English (minimum B1 level) are mandatory.
- High level of precision, reliability, teamwork skills, and the willingness to work in shifts.
