Your tasks

- Building up and breaking down freight units (Build Up and Break Down)
- Working in a 3-shift system
- Securing of freight units and internal load carriers
- Storage/retrieval and checking of freight and latching onto staging areas
- Sorting, counting, checking and timely staging of freight shipments
- Inventory controls
- Implementation of work instructions and process changes
- Ensuring order and cleanliness

What we offer

- €17.00 hourly wage
- Allowances (tax-free):
- 25% per hour for overtime
- 25% for night work (22:00–6:00)
- 50% for Sunday work
- 125% for public holiday work
- 150% for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
- Christmas and vacation bonus
- HPD accommodation: €350 in a double room (+ €500 deposit, payable after first salary, includes water, electricity, waste, TV fee, internet)
- Fiege accommodation: €600 in a double room in Neu-Isenburg (includes deposit, water, electricity, waste, TV fee, internet)
- Transport: monthly public transport ticket or airport parking
- Complete work clothing provided
- Full health and pension insurance

Requirements

- Experience in logistics (e.g., warehouse worker, forklift operator, order picker)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system including weekends and public holidays
- English skills at B1/B2 level
- Criminal record certificate (proof of no criminal convictions)
- Valid background check §7 Aviation Security Act
- No criminal record
- 3-shift readiness
- Physical resilience
- Also possible as a career changer (m/f/d)

Reliability check (ZUP) according to §7 LuftSiG:
The applicant must provide complete proof of their curriculum vitae for the last 5 years, e.g., via work certificates. An applicant can only be contracted if they have passed the ZUP. No airport vacancies can be filled without ZUP.

Required documents for the ZUP:
- Official proof of employment or unemployment with dates for the last 5 years (day-month-year) *
- Written proof of residence for the last 10 years (day-month-year)
- Extended certificate of good conduct *
- Copy of identity card (front and back) *
- Birth certificate *
- All marked documents (*) must be translated certified (English or German)
