Your tasks

- Qualified nursing and individual care of those in need of care;
- Implementation and further development of required care standards;
- Participation in training and continuing education and passing the updated training content to other team members (practical instructor);
- Monitoring and management of care documentation (wound specialist);
- Involvement in guiding nursing staff during the 3-year training period (practical instructor).

What we offer

- A salary (group K 5a, DRK West collective agreement) between €3,810.00 gross and €4,152.00 gross (depending on professional experience);
- K5a = pay level of certified nursing staff;
- Allowances: weekend, night, and holiday bonuses, shift allowance, and Christmas bonus;

Requirements

- A certified nursing or geriatric care qualification, preferably with additional certification as a practical instructor or wound specialist;
- If not available: willingness to obtain the additional certification(s) at company expense;
- Proficiency in the German language (spoken and written);
- Identification with the principles of the Red Cross;
- Independent and responsible work;
- Confidential handling of patient data;
- Teamwork and flexibility;
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts);
- Willingness to participate in the further development of our concepts and continue professional development.
