The Technical Service is part of Vonovia as a provider of trade services with more than 5,000 employees. Nationwide, they quickly, reliably, and professionally carry out maintenance work and small repairs within a short time and refurbish apartments. New areas of responsibility include new construction and modernization of residential buildings.

Your tasks

• Modernization and maintenance work in occupied and unoccupied apartments
• Installation of bathrooms and heating systems
• Execution of individual repairs, maintenance, insurance damage, and troubleshooting of boilers and heating systems
• Customer service and emergency service deployments with mobile connectivity
• Documentation of orders and ordering of materials

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, or sanitation
• Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
• Flexibility, commitment, and ability to work independently
• Customer-friendly and competent demeanor
• Driving license class B
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
