Your tasks
- Support our candidates with questions about their profiles and the application process
- Help improve user profiles and provide clear, helpful feedback
- Communicate via email, chat, and occasionally video – always with a friendly and solution-oriented tone
- Share user feedback with internal teams and contribute to improving support materials

Requirements
- Excellent English skills (C1 level or above), both written and spoken
- Fluency in at least two additional languages (e.g., Turkish, Bulgarian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, etc.)
- A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset
