About us

Who cooks better than Grandma? Of course: No one! At Lina’s at ALEA GOLF, from late summer 2025, you’ll find food and drinks made from Grandma Lina’s original recipes.

ALEA is a location brand, a growth booster, and an infrastructure initiative – boosting Bad Orb into a flourishing future. The momentum is at home in Bad Orb: Numerous social and green-blue infrastructure projects are underway or already completed. Under the ALEA umbrella, ALEA PARK operates: A green oasis, a family-friendly leisure destination, a health hotspot, and a botanical meeting place. Around the ALEA PARK, many sports and outdoor activities are being developed, such as the new Padel Tennis Court and the mini-golf course at TAPATA. The new BALNOVA bathhouse and diagnostic center will elevate Bad Orb to the next level as a medical hub. The ALEA SCHOOL adds the essential infrastructural component of education to the initiative.

Your tasks

-From taking reservations to greeting guests and advising on food and drink selection – you ensure a completely carefree stay for our guests.
-You serve and attend to our guests while adhering to service quality guidelines.
-Together with your team, you are responsible for ensuring smooth service operations.
-You make sure your workplace always meets hygiene standards and take care of its cleaning accordingly.
-You are an all-rounder! You support the team wherever you can.

What we offer

-Fixed salary between €2,500.00 – €3,000.00
-Affordable accommodation provided
-Support after your arrival
-Bonuses: 20% after 8 p.m. on weekdays / 20% on weekends and public holidays
-Extras: Vacation bonus proportional to hours / Christmas bonus as 13th salary
-Overtime: Can be converted into days off upon agreement
