ALEA is the new destination brand in Bad Orb. Under the ALEA umbrella brand, the ALEA PARK emerges: a green oasis, a go-to place for families and leisure, a health hotspot, and a botanical meeting point. Around ALEA PARK, numerous sports and outdoor offerings are being developed, such as the new padel tennis court and mini golf course at TAPATA. The new BALNOVA bathhouse and diagnostics center takes Bad Orb's role as a medical hub to the next level. The ALEA SCHOOL adds the vital infrastructure element of education to this location initiative.

Your tasks

-Your daily business includes preparing national and international dishes at a star level.
-You work closely with our F&B Manager and contribute your menu suggestions, especially for events.
-You receive goods, inspect them, and ensure proper food storage.
-Together with the team, you ensure smooth kitchen operations.
-You ensure your workplace always meets hygiene standards and take care of its cleaning accordingly.
-You're an all-rounder! You support the team wherever you can.

What we offer

-Fixed salary between €3,000.00–€3,300.00
-Tips and overtime on top
-Affordable accommodation provided
-Support after your arrival
-Bonuses: 20% after 8 PM on weekdays / 20% on weekends and holidays
-Rewards: Holiday bonus based on hours worked / Christmas bonus (13th salary)
-Overtime handling: Can be taken as time off upon agreement

Requirements

-Very good English skills
-Basic knowledge of German (desirable)
-Ability and knowledge in preparing international dishes
