About us

Busverkehr Schraud is a professionally managed bus company based in Arnstein near Würzburg (Southern Germany, Bavaria), providing services in the field of local passenger transport. We transport people by scheduled buses to their places of education and employment.

Our company currently employs 50 staff members and operates a modern fleet of buses.

For our Würzburg location and our headquarters in Arnstein, we are looking for dedicated employees to join us immediately or in the future as bus drivers for local scheduled services (m/f/d).

Your tasks

Transporting passengers on regional scheduled routes
Ticket sales, timetable information, and customer service for scheduled and contracted routes in the Main-Spessart and Würzburg regions
Maintenance and care of the vehicle to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers

What we offer

• Permanent employment contract, 6-month probation period
• Above-standard pay, net salary range €2,200 – €2,900, depending on working hours, experience, and length of service with the company
• Overtime bonus 20%, night shift bonus 25%, Sunday bonus 50%, public holiday bonus 100%
• Special payment according to the collective agreement
• Support with arrival and apartment search:
Furnished room/apartment, e.g., 50 m² – 70 m² from €450 – €750/month, plus heating, hot water, electricity, internet, etc.
• Free module training for Code 95

Requirements

• Possession of driver's license class D
• Code 95
• Basic knowledge of the German language or good knowledge of English
• Reliability and responsible, exemplary behavior in road traffic
• Enjoy working with people, good manners, friendly, calm, and courteous demeanor
