Your tasks

• 2-week long-distance transport with a swap-body truck and drawbar trailer.
• Driving international routes, mainly in countries bordering Germany (Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, etc.).
• Operating a Mercedes-Benz Actros automatic truck with swap-body/trailer and pendulum axle.
• Transporting and handling swap bodies.
• Ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Complying with driving and rest time regulations.
• Proper securing of goods and cargo.


What we offer

• Weekends off with alternating 24- and 45-hour breaks.
• Base salary: €2,550 gross per month (starting salary).
• Driving performance bonus: up to €220 gross per month.
• Per diem: €28 net for 24-hour absence | €14 net for absence over 8 hours.
• Night allowance: flat rate of €8.50 net per 24-hour absence.
• Attendance bonus: flat rate of €9 per 24-hour absence (paid if no sick days and no damages occur).
• Holiday allowance: €75 net for being away from home on a public holiday.
• Annual bonus: paid twice a year (June and November).
• Ticketplus card: €44 net per month.
• Vacation entitlement: 25 days (based on a 5-day workweek).
• Onboarding: training provided by our driving instructor.
• Fleet: Daimler (Mercedes-Benz) trucks, no older than 5 years, equipped with all safety systems and stationary air conditioning.


Requirements

• Valid CE driving license with code 95 entry and driver card.
• Professional experience as a truck driver, ideally with experience handling articulated or drawbar vehicles.
• Willingness for long-distance and international transport.
• Team player with high commitment and flexibility.
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
• Basic knowledge of German or willingness to learn it is an advantage.
