The Autobus Oberbayern Group, based in Munich, is one of the largest bus companies in Germany. With around 920 employees, we ensure efficient, safe and reliable passenger transportation every day.

How is payment at Autobus Oberbayern?
- There are three different ways to be employed
- Where you are employed depends on your own wishes and skills

Surcharges (depending on the area for the "charter bus"):
- 50% public holiday supplement
- 25% night surcharge

2nd/3rd year: 17,34€
3rd/4th year: 17,74€
from 10th year: 18,04€
Excess rate: 0,50€ net/h
Possible hours: Up to 220 hours

"Lufthansa Express" (line between Munich main station and Munich airport)

1st year: 19,25€
2nd/3rd year: 20,37€
3rd/4th year: 20,82€
from 10th year: 21,15€
Excess rate: 0,50€ net/h
Possible hours: Up to 190 hours

"City Line"
(regular city transport in Munich)

1st year: 19,73€
2nd/3rd year: 20,72€
3rd/4th year: 21,19€
from 10th year: 21,45€
Excess fare: 0,50€ net/h
Possible hours: Up to 180 h

Special allowance:

From one (1) full year in the company:
First payment: €250.00 in June
Second payment: €250.00 in November
Total: €500.00

From three (3) full years in the company:
First payment: €400.00 in June
Second payment: €400.00 in November
Total: €800.00

From four (4) full years in the company:
First payment: €550.00 in June
Second payment: €550.00 in November
Total: €1,100.00

Important: Sick leave may be deducted on a pro rata basis
