We offer you the opportunity to get started with us as a customer advisor after your training. And we will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied in your new job in the long term - and of course our passengers too. Our customer advisors will be on hand to provide passengers with advice, assistance and information on fares, tickets, train connections and general mobility services in the Hannover region on every S-Bahn line and at any time of day. Your tasks
As a customer advisor (m/f/d), you give the S-Bahn Hannover a face, are the first point of contact and help our passengers to find their way around connections, timetables and places of interest. By checking tickets, you ensure that we can be successful together in the long term. You use your skills to make the journey as comfortable as possible for passengers. You are a reliable companion for our customers on special trips and at events.

- Class B driver's license
- Service character
- Extended certificate of good conduct
- Well-groomed appearance
- High willingness to learn
