Your tasks

• Safe and punctual operation of bus journeys on scheduled and school bus services
• Informing and advising passengers about timetables, fares and, if necessary, connections
• Selling and checking tickets
• Checking the operational readiness of your vehicle, including the technical systems
• Ensuring order and cleanliness before and after your journeys

What we offer

Payment is based on hours worked. We will send you additional payslips so that you can see what you will earn net after the appropriate tax rate.
Below you will find a brief overview:

From 01.10.2023
Category D bus drivers with
valid basic qualification 95
17,20 € gross = 2,924 € gross (without surcharges)

• At night (21:00-06:00) 15%, overtime 25%,
• Sunday 10%, public holidays 100%.

• 4.09€ - for shifts of 6-8 hours (taxable, paid according to collective agreement)
• 12.00€ - for shifts of 8-14 hours (tax-free)

Continued payment of wages (vacation and illness):
• The continued payment of wages law (illness) applies in the valid version
• Immediate notification and proof obligation in the event of incapacity for work or imminent sick leave
• Payment of a 3-month average (determination of average roster hours and average hourly wage)

• The company will provide you with an apartment with a private bathroom and shared kitchen free of charge for the first two months. After the two months, you can continue to live there and pay €300 per month.


• Successfully completed vocational training as a professional driver or a valid driver's license for a bus driver in category D or DE
• Valid qualification according to the Professional Driver Qualification Act (BKrFQG) (entry of the key number "95" in the driver's license or driver qualification certificate)
• Willingness to work shifts (nights, weekends and public holidays)
