Requirements

We expect you to have a degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable. You already have at least five years of professional experience as a development engineer and designer in the field of pump and valve technology and are familiar with working with stakeholders and interfaces - both within the company and with external partners. In the past, you have already coordinated and been responsible for innovation projects or sub-projects independently and successfully applied agile methods in your projects. Your penchant for technically challenging projects has accompanied you for a long time and your motivation is to find solutions instead of looking for problems. Extensive CAD knowledge, drawing creation as well as FEM and CFD simulations are not foreign to you and you have a good overview of relevant manufacturing technologies. You want to make your contribution in order to advance the energy transition and climate protection together with us. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, are goal- and performance-oriented and enjoy creating innovations and new product solutions.
