Your tasks
• Support of the operating and building services engineering
• Carrying out maintenance measures in the area of building services in the sera the sera plants
• Carrying out minor repairs and monitoring of maintenance/repair work maintenance/repair work
• Carrying out condition checks on the plant and the outdoor facilities
• Maintenance of the outdoor facilities
• Service and transport trips
• Support for internal relocations

Requirements
• Manual dexterity, technical understanding, physical resilience.
• Ideal: completed technical-commercial training
• Work experience in the field of building services
• Driving license class B and ideally BE
• German language skills on level B1 to B2
• Very good English language skills
For this versatile and responsible position, we would like you to have completed training as an electrician, in-house technician in the trades or industry or comparable. You convince with your independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working, your flexibility and hands-on mentality. Reliability is a matter of course for you and you bring along technical and manual skills. Thanks to your strong organizational skills, you have a good focus on deadlines and time, and ideally you also have experience in managing and guiding auxiliary staff. You are familiar with regulations and guidelines in industrial buildings, ideally you already have professional experience in this area. Further training as a SiGeKo or fire protection assistant is desirable, but not mandatory. You are confident and familiar with the common MS Office programs. You are in possession of a valid class B driver's license, ideally even BE.
