At short notice, we are looking for YOU to strengthen our team.
Your tasks
- to ensure smooth operations in all F&B areas
- be able to work flexibly across the board, whether in service, the bar or the kitchen
- to take responsibility for optimal guest service
- take over the leadership and guidance of the staff as well as the staff planning
- train new staff and motivate, encourage and challenge your existing team
- manage stocktaking and ordering and monitor the use of goods
- Ensure the implementation of and compliance with quality and safety standards and legal regulations (HACCP).
- continuously monitor and modify work processes
to help develop standards
- to switch from the trainer's bench to the playing field in case of need.

Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry and/or have already gained experience in the hotel industry or gastronomy (preferably in a comparable position).
- You work independently and in a structured manner, with attention to detail and creativity
- You are passionate about hospitality
- You like to share your know-how and your joie de vivre with your team and our guests and want to develop yourself further
- You have a high quality consciousness and would like to embody this to our guests
- You can communicate confidently in German and English
- You are willing to work in shifts
