The NinetyNine Hotel Augsburg, not far from the B17 in a perfect location between the WWK Arena and the University of Augsburg, Innovation Park and Technology Centre, offers 160 stylishly furnished rooms and flats with kitchenettes. Furthermore, the hotel has an individual design and bowl bar concept, a breakfast area as well as a hotel-owned parking area, which makes travelling by car even easier. Your tasks
- To control the daily cleaning process, including regular cleaning.
- supervise the cleaning work by an external company
- prepare and follow up the housekeeping lists for the cleaning staff
- to check the rooms daily for cleaning and technical deficiencies
- documenting technical deficiencies and forwarding them to the caretaker
- instruct new cleaning staff in the cleaning process
- to support the cleaning staff in their work if necessary
- to work closely with the reception, the caretaker and the external company
- organise the office and the filing of the housekeeping staff

Requirements
- already have experience in the organisation of your housekeeping/housekeeping department
- have a fast and efficient way of working
