Our Onboarding Journey
We believe that starting a new job abroad should be simple, transparent, and well-supported. That's why we've created a clear onboarding process:

1. Interview with a NextStop Recruiter
An initial conversation about the position and relocation process.

2. Job Offer
Receive your offer after a successful interview.

3. Psychological Assessment (if required by the employer)
A digital suitability assessment.

4. Video Call with the Employer
A short introduction via WhatsApp video call.

5. Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) (if required by the employer)
Requested during the later stages of the process.

6. Contract Signing & Onboarding
Complete your paperwork and prepare for your move with our support.

7. Arrival Planning
We coordinate your travel and arrival in the Netherlands.

8. BSN Registration & Medical Check
Organized and supported upon arrival.
